Refund policy
1. Statutory right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the last item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Velanteris GmbH, Bundesplatz 2, 6300 Zug, Switzerland, email: info@ivismile-professional.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email).
Consequences of withdrawal:
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
Return shipping costs:
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
2. Voluntary 30-day return policy
In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we grant you a total of 30 days to return items. The following conditions apply to the period between the 15th and the 30th day:
- The goods must be in their original condition (unworn, unused, with all tags).
- The goods must be returned in their original packaging.
- Excluded from the voluntary return policy (days 15–30) are: perishable goods, custom-made products, and hygiene items.
3. Transport damage & defects
Please check your order immediately upon receipt. Should anything be damaged or defective, please contact us promptly at info@ivismile-professional.com so that we can find a solution.
4. Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected by us, we will notify you by email. If approved, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10–14 business days.
